There are three pass options:
Conference Pass
Conference Pass + Training Pass
RFID Professional Institute Certification Training Pass

Prices for each pass vary depending on when you register. You can view your options on the registration page. If you have any questions, send email to europereg@rfidjournal.com.

Yes, but keep in mind that onsite rates are higher than preregistration rates.

You can register and choose to pay by wire transfer or check, then apply for your visa. If you don’t get it, let us know and we will cancel your registration. If you do get the visa, you can pay at that time.

RFID Journal does not sell or otherwise provide the attendee list to any outside party, including exhibiting companies.
Please send email to editor@rfidjournal.com explaining what you are looking to do with RFID and ask if you are likely to find exhibitors who can meet your needs. If necessary, our editor will arrange a call to get more details. All correspondence and discussions will be kept strictly confidential.
Onsite registration must be paid via credit card. Checks, wire transfers and cash will not be accepted.
Training will be held in County Hall on 6 November. The program starts at 8:00. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00.

RFID Journal LIVE! Europe does not have a formal dress code policy. Business casual is the most common attire for the event.
Parking in the area is extremely limited. You are better off arriving by taxi or public transportation. Visit this site’s Transportation page for details.
Registration will open at 8:15 AM on 7 November.
RFID Journal LIVE! Europe 2018 will be held at etc venues County Hall in London, on 7 November. RFID Institute Certification Training will be held in the same location on 6 November.
During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a visa letter. If you check ‘yes’, you will be asked to provide your passport information. A visa letter will be sent to you after you complete the registration process.
No. Video and photographs are not permitted without the written consent of RFID Journal. We do provide links to the presentations and recordings of the sessions for attendees attending the conference portion of the event.
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter. If you still do not receive it, write to kristen.novick@emeraldexpositions.com to request a confirmation. Print out the confirmation and bring it to the event. You can pick up your badge at the registration counter. You will need to show a picture ID to pick up your badge.
