Please note that we are required to collect 20% on all registrations for employees of companies that are not established in the United Kingdom and possessing a valid UK VAT number. If you are employed by a UK-based company and can provide your company’s UK VAT number you will be exempt from paying VAT.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the conference.
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing a written notice to customerservice@rfidjournal.com no later than 26 Oct. 2018. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of this year’s event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. No credits will be issued after 26 Oct. 2018.
RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, and curtailment of transportation facilities or any other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the conference and exhibition.
Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to customerservice@rfidjournal.com.
CONFIRMATION/CONFERENCE BADGE
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment. Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
